ok, so i ordered a case of royal purple about 3 months ago (yes 3) ...i get an email saying that they do not have this in stock. my shipment date was pushed back a week. no problem. the day it was supposed to be shipped i get an email saying it was still not in stock and pushed back. this goes on 9 times. i reply'd EACH time asking where it was, and why the stock was not full. (even though the site said it was IN STOCK and would be shipped in 24 hours) ...i got 3 reply's back. they said their site was not in realtime on the stock supply's and that was a mistake. that pissed me off. oh well... so, finally i recieved my shipment today. guess what. its a case of royal purple alright. thrown into a box with no shipping peanuts or anything. guess what. THREE of the bottles started to leak... empty. imagine that...no shipping peanuts or padding..in a huge box..and they break OIL BOTTLES..wow. so i have 9 bottles that are good, and three empty ones. i emailed them today...and no reply. i figured i would give them a chance, but shit..what kind of packing/shipping/customer service is that? has anyone had experience like this with them? sorry for the rant.
